Our speaker is Port Townsend artist and author Larry Eifert who is known nationally for his nature paintings for the National Park Service. He will present a rare talk about his life, process and long history of making art. A working artist for over 50 years, Eifert has sold well over 5,000 paintings and hundreds of large-scale murals. From gallery art to big-wall painting, his consistent passion for painting nature throughout America has put his art in more national and state parks than any artist, and he continues today with some exciting and interesting new directions. He has four interpretive pieces of art at Fort Townsend State Park, and one of those original paintings will be part of his talk
