Member donations have helped provide additional amenities for Fort Townsend State Park such as:

  • Fireplace insert for propane fireplace in The Friends Barn

  • Refrigerator in The Friends Barn

  • Window washing in The Friends Barn 

  • Chair holders for stacking chairs in The Friends Barn Bark on trails

  • Log splitter for firewood project

  • Snowplow attachment for winter street clearing 

  • Posts and decal materials for new trail signs

  • Bark to cover tree roots on trails


Joining FOFT as a member or a donor is a way to keep Fort Townsend State Park the special place that it is.  It’s your way to keep it viable, active and a meaningful outdoor space to relax, exercise, and explore.

Friends of Fort Townsend is recognized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Your membership and any donations are considered tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We use paypal to process donations, you’ll be taken off our website to complete the donation.
